Terms of Service: Returns, Exchanges & Fulfillment Policy

1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment Model
All merchandise sold by Wisdom Coffee Co is fulfilled using a print-on-demand (POD) production method. Each item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this personalized production process, our return and exchange policy differs from that of traditional retail businesses.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our fulfillment, return, and refund policy below.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, Wisdom Coffee Co does not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer at checkout.

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
-
Customer receives the correct item but wants a different size, color, or design.

Orders returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address. (In such cases, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Reprints are available at the customer’s expense.)
3. Accepted Claims for Replacement or Refund
Wisdom Coffee Co will issue a free reprint or full refund in the following valid cases:
Eligible Scenarios:

Product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Incorrect item, size, color, or design is delivered.
-
Item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to shipping issues.
4. How to File a Claim
If you experience a problem with your order, please follow these steps:

Submit your claim within:

30 days of delivery for domestic (U.S.) orders

45 days of delivery for international orders

Contact Wisdom Coffee Co via our support form or by email.

Include the following:

Your order number
-
A detailed description of the issue
-
Clear photo or video evidence of the problem
-
You do not need to return the defective or incorrect item.
Additional information may be requested if the evidence is insufficient or unclear.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed in the following ways:

By default, refunds are applied to your Wisdom Coffee Co account balance (if applicable).

You may request to have the refund returned to your original payment method.

For payments made in non-USD currencies, the refund will be issued directly to your original payment source (e.g., PayPal or credit/debit card).
6. Important Notes & Limitations

Refunds and reprints will not be issued for low-quality, pixelated, or improperly formatted artwork submitted by the customer.

Slight variations in print placement (within 1 inch) are normal for POD products and are not considered defects.

Wisdom Coffee Co is not responsible for design errors (e.g., typos, alignment issues) caused by files that don’t follow submission guidelines.
7. Right to Refuse Refunds or Reprints
Wisdom Coffee Co reserves the right to deny any refund or reprint request if:

The issue is the result of customer error.

The claim is determined to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

Submitted artwork violates our design or content standards.
